The Microsoft document "Advanced Certificate Enrollment and Management"
discusses domain controller certificate enrollment for Windows 2000 and
Windows Server 2003 domain controllers. However, under "Supported
Scenarios", it states "Because of technical constraints, manual certificate
enrollment from a Windows 2000 enterprise CA is not covered in detail."

Does anyone know of a document that *does* discuss the process of manual
certificate enrollment for domain controllers using a Windows 2000 CA?
