changing ssl port IIS 5.1I want to use port 443 for another service. In Web Site indentification the
SSL Port box is blank and greyed out. If I click advanced the Add, Remove edit button are greyed out. How can I change the port ssl uses or stop IIS from listening on port 443. Thanks, loki28 It's odd that it listens on that port if you have no cert installed. (But
it certainly appears to be from it's settings and what netstat says.) You might try getting one of those free certs, installing it, and then changing the port (because then the grayed out blank will be available). That might get IIS 5.1 off the port you want to use. Or, try one of the tools to edit the metabase directly. (Back up that first though...) I assume that just stopping and disabling IIS 5.1 won't work for you?
