HTTP Link to .xls file returns 404 - IIS 6

I have IIS 6.0 on Windows 2003 Standard Edition.  I have an html page that
links to an Excel file on a virtual directory, but when I click on the link,
it returns a 404 error.

I know there were some new security measures in IIS 6 that caused this, but
have not been able to find out how to configure IIS to allow this file to be
downloaded via HTTP.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Other file in the same folder is downlodable?
Is URLScan is installed on server? Check %windir%\system32\inetsrv\urlscan

Guy,

Thank you.  It was a typo on my part and unrelated to security.

Thanks,

Robert
