Cannot Issue the IISRESET remotely

On a particular server on which I have administrator rights, the iisreset
command fails when I try to execute it from another machine. The following
message appears:

Access denied, you must be an administrator of the remote computer to use this
command. Either have your account added to the administrator local group of
the remote computer or to the domain administrator global group.

But when I login to the server via Terminal Services, I don't encounter any
problems doing this task.

Is there a setting in local policies which prevents me from doing this
remotely?

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You can do iis reset remotely, Please consider while running this command you
must use "iisreset /noforce computername" where computername is the name of
machine on which you are running IIS.
If you face any issue in running this command please reply. I will try at my
best.

Hi.
I tried using the /noforce parameter but I still was not able to execute the
command successfully. In other machines where I also belong to the
Administrators group, I have no problems doing this remotely.

Any more ideas?
