Error on Cert RequestI don't know if I am posting this in the correct group. I have a machine I am trying to get an SSL on. Everytime I click on submit after filling in all my information I get an Error page which says: Error You did not come to this page as a result of a form submission. You may not bookmark this page. Contac your administrator for further assistance. I have googled this and looked on TechNet, but can not find the reason why I am getting this. I thought the problem might be in my IE settings on the computer. I put everything back to default but still get the same error. I even removed the computer from the domain and re-added it. Does anyone have any ideas why I am getting this error and how to get around it? Harrison Midkiff Hi Harrison,
Do you mean you met the error on the certificate request web form? Actually web server certificate's base64 enabled request file should be generated by using IIS certficiate wizard. Then you can submit the base64 string to the certificate authority web form directly without inputting any information. Please refer to the following article: How To Configure SSL in a Windows 2000 IIS 5.0 Test Environment by Using Certificate Server 2.0 http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290625 Feel free to let me know if you need any further help on this. Thanks. Best regards, WenJun Zhang Microsoft Online Partner Support This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
