To access web-site o uses a URL like: https://pqms1.xyz.com Some of users do not have DNS, so they are using ip address instead of server name, https://10.4.3.106 However when IP adrress is used, a Windows Authentication Login screen pops ups. I am not sure if I understand the question. This site should be accessed anonymously?
