I receive a certificate from CA authority. Certificate request was not
generated on the target server. How to install the certificate on IIS 6
(Win2003 Web edition)?

You do NOT need to generate a certificate request to install server
certificate. The two are totally unrelated concepts.

1. In the IIS Manager UI, open the property page for the website that you
want to install the certificate.
2. Select the "Directory Security" tab and click "Server Certificate" button
3. Step through the wizard to install the certificate -- either by selecting
the certificate file, or from the certificate store if you've already
imported the certificate.

Verify with SSLDiag after installation to make sure you did it correctly.
