I want to be able to backup my entire server and server configuration so in case something crashes all I will need to do is restore the backup. How is this done? James Right click in IIS Manager on the server name choosing all tasks >
backup/restore from there do your meta database file backup (give it meaningfull name) and then copy this file to some save place (its locations is %windir%system32/inetsrv/ ... meta data ... don't remember the exact folder name its easy to find). After that xcopy entire wwwroot. To recover just bring back those files and folders to their original places.
