Environment:
    Windows Server 2003 SP2
    IIS 6
    SSL with Client Authentication Required (So users have client
certificates)

Problem:
    Since enabling the SSL settings on IIS we have been experiencing blank
screens. Sometimes the screens work, and other times nothing is returned
from the server to the client (view source from IE is empty). Therefore we
know it is not a code issue. Several different servers have experienced the
same issue so it is not a server specific issue.
