SSL Certificate won't Bind to Default Web Site Server 2008

We have a Server 2008 with Exchange 2007 installed.  We created a SSL
Certificate and installed it for Web Mail and RPC over HTTP access.  All has
been working well for 6-7 months but SSL Certicate started playing up,
possibly after installing a number of patches and performing a re-start.

Certificate has been removed and re-imported but when trying to Bind the
certificate to port 443 we get an error;

Details:  A specified logon session does not exist, it may already have been
terminated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520)

Any suggestions?

Hi,

You are getting this error in IIS Manager when you try to configure the
website to use this certificate?

Cheers
Ken

Try enabling private key export when you import the key. Worked for me but
I'm still not sure why it happened.
