I'm running Exchange 2k3 sp2 with front end and back end servers. I
implemented the URLScan template for Exchange in KB823175 however I'm unable
to send from Outlook. When I run outlook.exe /rpcdiag everything connectos OK
but I checked the URLScan log and I get the following:

2009-01-15 22:44:44 10.0.250.101 1 SEARCH /exchange/Chris.Kahn/Inbox/
Rejected disallowed+header request+headers translate: -

Any ideas?

URLScan is rejecting the request since it includes the Translate:
header. Remove that header from the disallowed headers section in
URLScan.ini, restart IIS for URLScan to reload the settings, and try
again.

You basically need to tune URLScan settings one-by-one until
everything works. It is perfectly possible for URLScan to allow
outlook.exe /rpcdiag to work and fail WebDAV.

However, the Exchange templates are supposed to have done all of this
for you. Are you using the right template which has the right features
of Exchange pre-tuned to be enabled?
