Problem in mail enable web mail service

Dears,
after I setup plesk hosting control panel its setup by default the
mail enable standard version which free version from mail enable ,,, any how
I decided to upgrade to mail professional edition because I want to use its
web mail service on my existing server configuration any how ,,, after I
upgraded to mail enable professional I found that error in each time I tried
to brows the web mail application which installed with mail enable
professional ,, I have this error
"Service Unavailable" no other problem so what could be the rezone
