We have applied a "test" certificate on a production server, and now the
certificate has expired.  We have install the MS CA on a domain controller
and want to request a new certificate from that CA.  However, the certificate
is still "in use" on the IIS server, so I cannot request a new certificate.
How do I get rid of the old certificate?  I've tried deleting the certificate
using the certificates snap-in to MMC, but that doesn't seem to do it.
HELP!!!!!

BTW, IIS6 on a W2K3 server.
