Cannot renew certificate in Microsoft IIS due to the Organizational Unit
fields being combined.
IIS 6.0 is running on a Windows 2003 server.
Symptom:
Error: Invalid CSR

Organizational Unit fields being combined

Renewal Wizard generates renewal request that has all existing
organizational units concatenated together in one organizational unit

The CSR is incomplete or invalid. Submit a valid CSR.

For a Windows 2000 server running IIS 5.0 there is a hotfix available, but I
can't install this hotfix on a Windows 2003 server
