I want to add a new user to an Access 2003 workgroup.  I can add the username
OK but can't set any permissions.  The Options "user and group permissions"
and "user-level security wizard" are greyed out on the menu. I am logged in
as an admin user.  What can I do to get these menu items to re-appear ?

These options are grayed out because they only apply to the currently opened
database.  You must open a database, not just Access, to use them.

Many thanks for replying Chris,
It's obvious really now you've pointed it out; I'm just having a mental
block - well it is Friday afternoon !
