Joining MDW security group in Access 2007I have 25 users using Access 2000, 2002, 2003.. they all use a shared MDW
file with all of the users and security We have several new users with Access 2007. How do I join the 2007 access users to the MDW file that exists so they have the same user access. I don't mind copying the MDW to thye new users computers to join them there if necessary. Thanks Tom On Thu, 4 Dec 2008 13:00:21 -0600, "Chegu Tom" <noem***@yahoo.com> Copying the MDW is a Really Bad Idea: what if you want to changewrote: security settings? Are you going around the building updating everyone? Simply provide a shortcut with the /wrkgrp switch. The help file has more info on this, in the topic about Access command line. -Tom.
