I have 25 users using Access 2000, 2002, 2003..  they all use a shared MDW
file with all of the users and security

We have several new users with Access 2007.

How do I join the 2007 access users to the MDW file that exists so they have
the same user access.
I don't mind copying the MDW to thye new users computers to join them there
if necessary.

Thanks

Tom

Copying the MDW is a Really Bad Idea: what if you want to change
security settings? Are you going around the building updating
everyone?
Simply provide a shortcut with the /wrkgrp switch. The help file has
more info on this, in the topic about Access command line.
