Access opens as READ ONLY

I am using a template that was an Access 2003 db template and using it in
Access 2007. I have added users and updated the login password, but still it
opens as a read only. How can I change this so that the users have Admin
rights? Also, this db is in a shared folder on our SBS2003 server as there
are multiple people accessing this db. Any thoughts on this would also be
appreciated.

This is Simple first of all find where that template is... and click Copy
and Paste it in your "My Documents" and its wont do it. You'll have made it
your own
