cannot remove a popup.

hello. i am having a problem with this popup system called microbills sylsis
and it will not be removed. the close tab is not highlighted and if you try
to minimise, maximise, close through task manager it still pops up again. it
says have been logged off from my account although i never signed up for it
and since it cannot minimise i cannot access other windows and it only gives
me access to close it after about 10 minutes. i tried blocking it through ie
properties but still it reappears. this only happens when i log on to the
internet but it is really frustrating. please help me to delete it because i
tried deleting it from my desktop but when i go on the internet it appears on
the desktop again. please help. thanks

this is not the appropriate newsgroup for your topic; this ng answers
questions about working with the security features of MS Access relational
database software.

but offhand, i'd say you need to install a firewall program on your PC - or,
if you already have one, work to refine its' configuration.
