Help restoring permission

I am not able to get into one of my databases.  I get this message:
"Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on "MSysAccessObjects'.  I'm
the administrator but I seem to be locked out of the user and group
permission.  I haven't changed the administrator name or password and the
default "admin" no longer works.  Can anyone help?

I'm thinking that perhaps you aren't using the correct mdw file.  Do you launch the mdb using a desktop shortcut?
