Hi!
I have created a database for a friend in another community.
I saved a copy for him on a DVD. When I tried to open it, it was "read only".
How do I change this so he can use the database on his computer. He will be
the only user using it.
Thanks for the help.

Anytime you put a database or any file on a cd/dvd it becomes read only.
Tell your friend to copy the database to his hard drive and click on
properties in Windows Explorer for that file  Uncheck the Read Only box.
