Access 97 Database in Access 2003
captain_bill12 -
8 Dec 2005 8:35 PM - 2 messages
I have an old Access 97 database that I need to put back into use. I
want to open it up in Access 2003. The problem is that I can't because
the 97 database was secured using the workgroup administrator. I don't
have the mdw file anymore and am not sure what happened too it. Is
there a way I can access the mdb file and get the tables, queries,
forms....etc.... out into another mdb file? I have tried doing an
import into another mdb but it errors saying I don't have the rights. I
have tried just opening the file with the same results. I set the
system.mdw file to what I believe the admin and password should have
been. I get a login prompt but am still not able to get past it. Is
there something that I am missing. Can someone please help me out? ...
