Hi Parvez

There's an appendix in this white paper that covers some of the information
that you need. You can find it at:

http://www.charteris.com/publications/whitepapers/default.asp

and it's entitled:

Security Solutions Offered by Visual Studio .Net 2005 (Whidbey)

Hopefully this will get you started for a development environment.

Also, there's an excellent book available from Microsoft Press:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0735620210/qid=1143041726/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/102-3352609-3072963?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

As Dominic said, you have quite a bit of reading to do.....

Hope this helps
