vista security centre will not start

Hi ALL
I hope someone can help here My vista security centre will not start at all
I have goe to the services and tried to start it myself by clicking on the
service start i tried manual start auto start and auto delayed and nothing.

when I try to start it manualy i get this error
1068 The dependency service or group failed to strat.

anyone help with this please

Hi Richard,

This is a .NET related forum, but if I were to fix this issue, I'd look in
Services and see which other services the serive relies on, just to see
which service is actually causing the problem.
