I somehow corrupted my user-level security database, now it doesn't prompt
for a password.  I simply tried to add a new user and after that it won't let
me log back in.  Any ideas how to fix or re-confugure the user-security
wizard.

Access will prompt for a password if and only if there is a password
applied to the Admin account on the MDW file that you are using. Apply
a password, and you should be back in business.
