How do I remove user level security?

I posted user level security on one database as a test and now all of my

Whether you are asked to sign in is not determined by the file you are opening.
It is determined by the workgroup file you are using. When you were testing you
made a secure workgroup file your default workgroup. All you need to do is use
the workgroup administrator utility to change your default workgroup back to the
default (System.mdw).

It is almost impossible to get user-level security working correctly,
unless you follow a written list of explicit instructions - adding and
omitting nothing. Try the Access security FAQ, often referenced in this
newsgroup.
