disable user name and password

I have a user who cannot even open Access without a user name or password.
She isn't even trying to open a database at all. How do I disable this
feature? Is there a script I can run or something?

Just change the workgroup she is joined to using the Workgroup
administrator. Or remove the password that she created on her Admin
account.
