how can I diable the Access Options for users?

hi
i fyou mean the access options button , click it, and go to current database
there you can enable and disable toolbars, the navigation pane and startup
form, deselecting them all will make the file start on it's own and the
access options button to disappear
knowlegable users (and remember, especially you!) can still override the
startup behavior and start access normally by holding down the shift key
while opening the file

this, too can be blocked, but remember to keep yourself a way in, for any
further changes you might want to make in the future
