How do I restore the default workgroup file?  When attempting to create a
"new" db, I get a login dialouge box for a UN & PW.  Nothing works.

I have a secured DB on a flash drive that requires a login and this is
functioning correctly.

Open Access.
Tools, Security, Workgroup Administrator
Join the system.mdw that ships with Access (search for it first, so you
know the location).
