Hello,
How do you create a workgroup environment in a network. Do you create the
group in the server and make the users join from there ?
I m having a problem, I can t add a user who seemed to be an admin of the
workgroup of her computer. any help is appreciated

Yes.  The workgroup file is typically located in the same folder as the BE
file.  Users would connect to it using a shortcut with the "/wrkgrp" command
line switch.

User level security in Access is not related to network or workstation
security.  The FAQ is a must-read for ULS, there's a link to it on my web
