Is there a way to constrcut and audit for changes made to records?  The audit
trail would include who made the change and what date and time it was last
updated.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), are two small Access databases
sample called "AuditTrail.mdb" and "AuditTrail2.mdb" which illustrate how to
do this.  AuditTrail is simpler, so you might want to start with that.
