How do I change the user logged into MS Access?

I'm pretty new to MSAccess and am trying to create security restrictions.  I
have been able to create groups & users, and as recommended, I removed the
"Admin" user from having Administrator privileges.  Unfortunately, I can no
longer make any user changes because it tells me I don't have proper
privileges.

How do I change the user that has the file open (to one with Administrator
access) so that I can fix this.

Workgroup security is an advanced topic. Unfortunately the UI does not
say this. You should restore a backup from before your changes and
first download, study, and fully understand the Access Security FAQ
from microsoft.com.
Workgroup security has been removed from Access 2007's new accdb
format (hint, hint).
