Can't share info on Access mdb

Iâ€™m wondering if you can help me out with a security issue in Access 2007. I
have a mdb database that is being used by 3 people and I am the owner. The
problem is whenever one of us updates a record, the other 2 and not getting
the information. Any ideas how I can fix this??

Users won't see the most recent changes made by other users to the data
displayed on the form unless the form is requeried or the form is closed and
reopened (which queries the database). What happens when you requery the
form?

Thanks for your reply Chris. I found out it was a Security block that our
administrator had forgotten to remove from the shared drive so it was
allowing us to share the same database. All is working great now.
