I have a Home network, where my PC is on the Router (main line), there are 3
other PCs (laptop, windows vista) using wireless connections.

Is there a piece of shareware/freeware software to monitor the usage of
separate IP addresses, as our connection has a monthly download limit of 8GB
and I would like to restrict each user so they cannot exceed a certain
amount each day, as people have quite frankly been over using said
allowance.

Our internet speed is appx 1-2MB, and also, would the use of online gaming
affect the download limit?

many thanks

Keiran

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to whatever
operating system you're using, or to one related to networking.
