Maintaining and updating Access 2007 database

I am getting close to splitting and distributing my database so I started
researching how to update the database once this has happened.  I found the
following  utility and information:

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/autofe.htm

Is this reliable?  Will it work for Access 2007?  Is it the best option for
making updates to my database?

Thanks,

Thanks for your opinions.  I was reading over the instructions and details on
the app more and I think it will work great for my situation.  Thank you!

I like to think so as I wrote the app.   <smile>   Yes, it does work
for A2007 and Windows Vista.

Hmm, Windows 7 is out in beta.  Reckon I better test it in there Real
Soon Now.  <smile>

Best option?  That's entirely in the eyes of the beholder.  There are
other solutions available which you can see linked to on that page.
