I'm drawing a blank...

Well, I'm not, but Access is.

I'm using the built-in ULS in Access 2003. I have full administrative rights
and I'm also the owner of the db. My problem is that when I log in as a user
with "Open/Run" rights only I can't see the form. It comes up with the Title
bar and a gray form with no controls on it. i double checked and all of the
controls are set to visible always. I've tried different combinations in
permissions, but essentially all I want is for the users to have Open/Run
access only. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this issue?

TIA

A form with no existing records showing and no ability to add new ones
appears completely blank.

Nope. It's just blank. No records, no controls, no nothin'. Nada, zip, zilch.
It's a gray square with a title bar on it. But, the thing is, when I open it
under my ULS login, everything is there like it's supposed to be. I verified
that the users have Open/Run permissions. Any idea why it would do that? One
other thing, I tried giving the users Read Design permission and I could open
the form in design view to see all of the controls. But in Form View it's
just a blank slate.

Sounds to me as though the users don't have any permissions on the
recordsource for the form.  What permissions do they have on the
table/query?

Actually that was the issue. The record source was a query that I had missed
when I was delegating permissions. Once I set the permissions to the query,
it worked fine. Thanks for the help.
