See the big white space? That's where you're supposed to put details: not
strictly put an incomplete question in the subject line.

Assuming you're trying to do this in Access, you can't. Date fields don't
have "parts": they're 8 byte floating point numbers wherein the integer
portion represents the date as the number of days relative to 30 Dec, 1899,
and the decimal portion represents the time as a fraction of a day.
