database permissionsHow do set up permissions for a single database to be accessed by different
computers through our network neighbourhood. I'm not sure where you are going with this but from what I understand, you
have a database and want people from other areas of your company to access it. Just copy the database in a common folder on your network. Example: I work for a bank and the S Drive is the drive the whole bank has access to. Keep in mind, if you drop it in a folder such as this, as the database grows it may run a little slower. Hope this helps! Show quoteHide quote "gandolf" wrote: > How do set up permissions for a single database to be accessed by different > computers through our network neighbourhood. |
