The warehouse can pull up Access and open forms but they only get the
background not the substance.  Is this a security/permissions issue or should
I be talking to my IT people?

It's a permissions issue (based on the previous thread).  They obviously
have Open permission  on the form; do they have Read Data permission on the
recordsource for that form?  The recordsource may be a table, a saved query,
or a SQL statement.  They'll need at least Read Data on these objects in
order to see the data.
