I was attemptiing to create a admin and user login settings through wizard
but now im locked out and no user login box ever showed up... how do i get
back into it to change the settings?

You don't mention the version, but if you followed the wizard through to
completion it would have created a desktop shortcut for you to launch your
secure mdb.  Use that shortcut.
