Content Advisor Password IssueI work in a car dealership and try to help out with the small computer
problems. We have one computer that we cannot get internet access. Every time a URL is typed in a screen pops up and asks for the Content Advisors security password. It looks like someone who had administrator access went in and set up a password that no one knows. Is it possible to turn this off, reset a new password, turn off Content advisor or do something that will enable this computer to go on the Internet? I've looked through all HELP and cannot find anything to resolve this issue. I'm about ready to reformat. I hope there is something else that can be done. SuperGMstore wrote:
