about readonly of excel file.

Dear all actully I am a data entry operator in one of the company, and
regularly i have to make more then, 10-15 excel files of Data, actully i want
to know how to lock the excel fil, thats nobody can even copy the cell or
edit the file, even cant make the copy of file, means i want same as pdf file
but, in the excel, is there any command in the excel...for this type of
security....?


plz help me its very important and very urget..

This newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

Your question would be better reposted to a newsgroup that's related to
Excel. Assuming you do repost, it would probably be a good idea to mention
which version of Excel you're using (and possibly on which operating system
you're trying to do this)
