Can't load jump drive security device

While using internet and downloading data to jump drive security device,
computer locked up. Upon restarting, could not access jump drive security
device anymore. Get message "[-20028] Could not mount the secure drive.
Please restart the application" I have restarted the computer numerous
times. The jump drive will work on other computers, just not this one now.
No other jump drive will work on this computer now either. What's up???

Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

You should probably repost to a more appropriate newsgroup: perhaps one
related to whatever operating system you're using.
