Care to use the big white space to indicate what you want? Unfortunately,

Why would you want to create a database with a login form, and not use the
login form?

Duh?

Well you can actually
.....msaccess.exe mymdb.mdb /User myuser /Password mypassword

If you mean something else, it is a bob short of a full quid.

Hold down the shift key when you open it.

Excellent lateral-thinking, from someone who knows a bob from a quid (UK).
