how do i change the database owner in access 2007

when trying to perform mainatenace on an access 2003 d/b in access 2007,
system states that i am not the owner & cannot proceed.
how do i change the owner ?

Already done that - changed owner of all objects - still get same message

Done that too !!   this problem only happens with Access 2007, I can do what
I want with Acees 2003.

Have you tried importing all objects into a new database in which you are
logged in?
