A way to show menus in Acces when turned off in startup?

I turned off menus in Startup and my backup file was corrupted. Is there a
way to reaccess the database window once this option has been set?

Try holding down the shift key while you're opening the database. Unless
you've disabled the AllowBypassKey property, that should open the database
without any of the startup options.
