How do I remove permissions in a database?

For some reason, I have put in place security restrictions (even though I
don't need them) on my access database accidently.  Even the Admin user has
no permissions.  So I am stuck.  I can open the database, but nothing else.

Depends on what version, and what you actually did.

If a recent version (2002 or 2003) and you ran the security wizard, it
created a backup of your unsecure mdb.  It is in the same folder as your
mdb, but it has a bak extension - just rename it to have a mdb extension and
you should be fine.

Also ensure that you are joined by default to the standard system.mdw
workgroup file that ships with Access - you can check this in Tools,
Security, Workgroup Administrator.  You should have no login prompt while
using this workgroup file.
