Open ExclusiveThe open default on my database is set on exclusive. However, when I try
to reset the password, I get the message that the database must be set on open exclusive in order to alter the password? Please help. Try File, Open and then choose Open Exclusive in the dialog.

When I follow the routine, I find open exclusive
already checked....probably because it is the default setting. When I change the default to shared and try to check the open exclusive, I get a message that I do not have permission to open exclusive. Catch 22.
