I have created a database and applied the necessary passwords and permissions
for the relevant users. However, I have one problem in that my lowest scale users can still see the main database window and can create therefore play around with new forms. Is it possible to hide this window from them? Many Thanks, Matt Take a look at Tools > Startup

view everything and the bottom end users can only view the switchboard?
