remove logon popup

Good Morning,
I tried to deploy an Access 2000 application to my users. Most users
seems no problem. But one user, when he run the application, the Logon
security will pop up, ask to input password. How can I turn off that feature?
The shortcut target :
"path of MSACCESS.EXE" "path of application FE.mdb" /WRKGRP "path of
security file" /user LASDAdmin /pwd admin

You need to have this user re-join the default workgroup "system.mdw". If
symptoms persist then it may be that "system.mdw" has been modified. That
being the case, try re-naming it - Access should create a new one on startup
if it can't find it.
