I am trying to login into a database and have forgetton the password, any
help in the best way to get around this? I know, and it won't happen again!

Do you mean the database password? If there's another user around who uses it, just ask them.

If you mean a ULS username and password, then you could have your db admin clear your password.

If you have no DB Admin, then there are plenty of utilities on the web which will assist you with this, a quick internet
search for "access password recovery" will turn up several dozen.

Hi,

There's no one around anymore who I could ask for this. The company was sold
on.

I will try the web and see what turns up. Thanks for your advice.
